Terms of Service

Using this site

This website is operated by Mercy Prevails Christian Ministry. By using it you agree to these terms. The site is offered for the ministry and encouragement of those who visit it.

What you submit

When you send a message, prayer request, testimony or event registration, you confirm that what you send is your own and is accurate. Please do not submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content, and do not submit someone else's personal information without their permission.

Testimonies are reviewed before they appear on the site. By submitting one you give us permission to publish it, with your first name and location, on this website and in ministry communications. We may edit for length or clarity. Tell us at info@mercyprevails.org if you later want it removed, and we will take it down.

Prayer requests

We receive prayer requests as a ministry, not as a professional service. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. If you are in crisis or in danger, please contact the appropriate emergency or professional service in your area.

Giving

Gifts to the ministry are voluntary and, unless we state otherwise in writing, are not refundable. Please confirm the account details on our giving page against an official ministry communication before you transfer funds, and contact us on +2348055829810 if anything looks wrong. We will never ask you for your bank password, card PIN or a one-time code.

Events

Registering for an event reserves a place subject to capacity. We may need to change the date, venue, format or programme of an event, and we will tell registrants if that happens.

Our content

Sermons, images, text and other material on this site belong to the ministry or to those who licensed it to us. You are welcome to share links to this site and to quote short extracts with attribution. Please ask before reproducing material in full or using it commercially.

Links and embedded content

Some pages link to or embed material hosted elsewhere, such as registration forms and video. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their own terms.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we provide it as it is, without warranties. We may change or withdraw any part of it.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. For anything in this document, write to info@mercyprevails.org. See also our Privacy Policy.
